We stayed at Adeje Park Villa and had an exceptional experience. the townhouse was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. the location was superb, with the beach just a block away and restaurants and a grocery store across the street. the private heated swimming pools and play area in the community were well-maintained. the owners, Juan and Monica, were fantastic and provided great tips to make our stay enjoyable. We're already planning our next visit to Tenerife, and Adeje Park Villa will be our top choice for accommodation. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

The villa had an amazing terrace with stunning city views, perfect for relaxing. The seating area was comfortable, and the flat-screen TV had great satellite channels for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge and oven. The private bathroom was clean and the shower had complimentary toiletries. The safety deposit box provided peace of mind for keeping our valuables secure.
Personally, I found the stovetop in the kitchen a bit tricky to use at times. However, others might not have any issue with it.

The owners were fantastic! Communication with Monica was top-notch and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We were met at the villa and given all the information we needed. the villa itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the private air source heated pool was a great addition and helped take the chill off the water. Plus, the location was perfect for a relaxing break, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The shared bathroom arrangement for the upstairs bedrooms. It was a bit inconvenient having to knock before entering, especially in the middle of the night.

The property was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a large living area. We loved having a good sized garden area to sit in and a large balcony with a table for dining. The location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby, giving the area a refined feel. We also appreciated being set amongst some pricey hotels.
Getting a taxi could be a bit tricky, as there were not often taxi's waiting at the designated pick up area. We had to grab a business card from a taxi driver at the airport in order to contact them and order a taxi.

Adeje Park had everything I needed - a pool, a garden, and a balcony with free WiFi to post all my vacation photos. Plus, I was able to enjoy some luxury with amenities like a dishwasher and a DVD player. Fishing nearby was a bonus!
Oh, the nearby beach was just too close for comfort at only 1 km away. Such a inconvenience to have to walk there.

the villa was just as advertised and the complex was quiet, making it feel like we had the communal areas to ourselves. It's a great location for families, with plenty of beaches and restaurants nearby. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and they even provided food and drink for us upon our late arrival with the kids. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

Stayed at a lovely place with AC, WiFi, and a balcony. Perfect for my vacation! Oh, and the best part? I got to enjoy fishing in close proximity to the hotel. So exciting!
Just loved having to deal with the noisy road in front of my 2 bedrooms. So soothing!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host, Juan, was exceptional, providing great communication and even meeting us in person to hand over the keys and give us all the information we needed. The added touches of complimentary beach towels and a stocked kitchen with milk and wine on arrival were much appreciated. The location of the villa was perfect - quiet and close to amenities such as a supermarket, sports bar, and a fantastic restaurant called Jade Stone. Additionally, the villa had direct access to two pools, which was a wonderful bonus. I highly recommend Adeje Park Villa for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. Though taxis could sometimes be tricky to get hold of, Juan was able to pre-book a taxi for us when needed, which was a great help.
